This Returns & Refunds Policy applies to all WordPress plugins purchased from our store. As our products are digital downloads, special terms apply to returns and refunds as outlined below.
2. Digital Product Nature
Our WordPress plugins are digital products that are delivered electronically upon purchase completion. Once downloaded, these products cannot be “returned” in the traditional sense.
3. Refund Eligibility
We offer refunds under the following circumstances:

- Plugin fails to install properly on a standard WordPress installation
- Critical functionality described in product documentation does not work
- Plugin causes website crashes or critical errors that cannot be resolved
- Plugin is incompatible with the stated WordPress version requirements
3.2 Misrepresentation
- Plugin features significantly differ from those described in the product listing
- Plugin does not perform the core functions as advertised
3.3 Duplicate Purchase
- Accidental duplicate purchases of the same plugin
- Multiple purchases made in error
4. Refund Conditions
4.1 Time Limit
Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of the original purchase date.
4.2 Required Information
All refund requests must include:
- Order number and purchase date
- Detailed description of the issue
- Screenshots or error logs (if applicable)
- WordPress version and hosting environment details
- Evidence of troubleshooting attempts
5. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will NOT be provided in the following cases:
- Change of mind or buyer’s remorse
- Lack of technical knowledge to implement the plugin
- Incompatibility with third-party themes or plugins not listed in requirements
- Requests made after the 30-day refund period
- Issues caused by website modifications or custom code
- Hosting environment limitations or restrictions
- Requests for plugins that have been successfully downloaded and used
6. Refund Process
6.1 How to Request

- Allow our technical team to attempt resolution
- If resolution is not possible, refund will be processed
6.2 Processing Time
- Refund requests are reviewed within 2-3 business days
- Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days

8. License Termination
Upon refund approval:

- You must remove the plugin from all websites
- Access to updates and support is revoked
- Any premium features or services are discontinued
9. Partial Refunds
In certain circumstances, partial refunds may be offered:
- When only specific features are non-functional
- For bundle purchases where only one plugin has issues
- At management discretion for unique situations
10. Chargebacks and Disputes
Important: Please contact us directly before initiating chargebacks or payment disputes. Chargebacks may result in account suspension and legal action for digital product theft.
